Coaching is a space to pause, think, and move forward with intention. Coaching is a non-clinical and is different from therapy as it does not involve diagnosis or treatment. However, our goal is to be by your side and give added support in some of life’s most challenging transitions.

Navigating fertility can feel like a constant cylce of decisions, waiting, and uncertainty which can be overwhelming. When you’re trying to process information, manage emotions, and make important decisions all while continuing with daily life it can help to have a guiding hand and safe space to explore all the information presented to you.

The goal is to walk through each step in a way that feels sustainable and aligned with your values to minimize burnout and stress.

As a licensed therapist specializing in perinatal mental health, I am able to use that to inform my coaching sessions while keeping the coaching relationship unique and separate from therapy.
