Support for the moments that don’t come with clear answers
What is coaching?
Whether you’re navigating fertility decisions or preparing for parental leave, coaching offers focused non-clinical support to help you think clearly, make decisions with confidence, and move forward in a way that is best aligned for you.
Coaching is a space to pause, think, and move forward with intention. Coaching is a non-clinical and is different from therapy as it does not involve diagnosis or treatment. However, our goal is to be by your side and give added support in some of life’s most challenging transitions.
fERTILITY cOACHING
Work with a coach that has been there. The testing, the waiting, the last minute changes, the unknown. It’s can bring up so many emotions while putting you in a position to keep moving.
Navigating fertility can feel like a constant cylce of decisions, waiting, and uncertainty which can be overwhelming. When you’re trying to process information, manage emotions, and make important decisions all while continuing with daily life it can help to have a guiding hand and safe space to explore all the information presented to you.
Fertility coaching provides structured support to slow things down and approach decisions in a way that feels grounded and informed. With coaching, you also have a space to dump those updates that feel overwhelming to share with others.
What this can include:
Decreasing decision fatigue about next steps and talking through options presented to you.
Navigating and preparing for IVF or fertility processes.
Processing uncertainty without becoming overwhelmed.
Preparing for conversations and planning how to advocate for yourself with providers.
Parental Leave Coaching
Preparing for parental leave isn't just logistical - it's personal, emotional, and often unclear. You may be wondering how to step away from work, how to return, or how to balance expectations. Coaching helps you approach this transition with more clarity, structure, and confidence. The goal is to walk through each step in a way that feels sustainable and aligned with your values to minimize burnout and stress.

WHAT SETS US APART
As a licensed therapist specializing in perinatal mental health, I am able to use that to inform my coaching sessions while keeping the coaching relationship unique and separate from therapy. This means our work isn’t just supportive but structured, thoughtful and grounded in what actually helps during complex and often overwhelming seasons.
For fertility coaching - I’ve been there. You won’t have to worry about explaining the jargon or ins and outs (which often makes the process feel more isolating).
For parental leave coaching - I am a registered parental leave coach and have completed an extensive program to ensure I can give you and your employer the best support possible.
We can’t wait to support you!
