tAKING THAT FIRST STEP CAN BE SCARY - i’M HONORED TO BE CONSIDERED IN YOUR JOURNEY.

A judgement free space that you can feel confident in while processing is my number one priority. In therapy, I strive to honor your own process while providing insight, psychoeducation, building skills and more. I’m here for everything from the day-to-day stressors to the larger overall goals. I’ll be right there along the way to say, “you got this!”

My specialties include the perinatal period, infertility, trauma, anxiety, OCD and women’s mental health. However, I also have experience with many other populations including children, families, first responders and military members and more. I am trained in EMDR for trauma processing and continuously expand training. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you are interested in services or want to work with me! If I don’t have openings, I am happy to provide referrals.

FAQs

  • Easy answer- anyone! If you feel that something is holding you back or impacting you daily then therapy is always a great place to process past, present and future. If you are wanting to charge insurance, you will need to meet medical necessity.

  • I see age ranges from 10 years old to 60 years old, all genders, and a wide range of issues. My training and specialties are in perinatal health, womens health, infertility, trauma, anxiety, OCD and work-place stress.

  • Nope!

  • Those are the only states that I carry a license in at this time. Unfortunately, counseling is not a transferable license across state lines unless you have a license in another state. I have both a Kansas and a Texas license. Keep your eye out for future expansion or therapeutic services offered through the counseling compact when available.

  • While both therapy and coaching offer support, they are fundamentally different in scope and purpose.

Therapy is a clinical service focused on assessing, diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. It’s appropriate for people seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma and other mental health concerns.

Coaching is a non-clinical service focused on guidance, education and structured support for specific life experiences or decisions. Coaching does not involved diagnosis or treatment and does not establish a therapeutic relationship.
