Tidal Therapy is leasing seven private offices within our Wichita, Kansas location to licensed providers looking for a comfortable, established space to see clients.
Whether you're a therapist, coach, or other health and wellness provider, this space is designed to feel calm and welcoming from the moment your clients walk in.
What's included:
Private office with keys for personal security and 24/7 access
Furnished and maintained lobby with client coffee station and provided notebooks for client’s needs. This includes a client check-in system
Maintained breakroom with stocked coffee and snacks for providers
All utilities, including Wi-Fi and cleaning. EHR stipend available as well
Printing and shredding services
Onsite parking for providers and clients with private back entrance to building and security
Soundproofing and stocked supplies for the small needs (tissues, cleaning supplies, lightbulbs etc.)
Mutual referrals, site listing and networking opportunities to help build your own caseload
Rates starting at $450 a month.
Who is a good fit?
This space works well for licensed providers who want a professional home base for client sessions without signing a standalone commercial lease. We welcome all providers both within mental health specifically and wellness as a whole (massage therapy, physical therapy, medication providers, pelvic floor, doulas, lactation consultants etc.). We have created a space that feels welcoming and safe for clients and hope to coordinate care with all the providers in the space to serve current and incoming clients as best as we can.
We are constantly networking with other providers in the community to build our referral pool which will be a benefit of being in the space with mutual referrals. With that in mind, as stated above, we are considering mental health, wellness and helping professions at this time.

No. This form is just an initial application so we can learn more about your practice and get in touch. A formal lease is signed separately, after you've seen the space and we've confirmed it's a good fit.

No — we welcome licensed providers across health and wellness fields.

Yes, you can. Prices will be per day. Please reach out via the application below and we can discuss what that might look like specific to your needs. You can also lease an office full time and sublease yourself the days you are not there if desired.

Most of our leases are 12 months. But if you wish to have a shorter lease that can be discussed.

Meet kELSEY
I’ve had a vision for a while to expand mental health care beyond the responsibility of the mental health provider through working within consulting and coaching specifically in the perinatal and fertility space.
In addition, previous work has inspired me to establish a collective of other clinicians in a space that feels supportive, welcoming, and growth driven. At Tidal Therapy, LLC we want you to grow however feels best for you and we’re prepared to offer you a space to do so with the necessary tools to help your private practice blossom in a space that doesn’t feel like it takes more than it gives.
Meet Braden
Focused on the ins and outs of making the business run for the providers, Braden steps in to help with maintenance requests, IT issues, and marketing events to help give added bonus to all clinicians that are a part of the Tidal Therapy Collective.
